The Customer Service Operation is responsible for the comprehensive support of all customers for the distribution channel Professional Lighting. This responsibility extends End 2 End over the entire sales processes of quoting, order entry, order processing, logistical tracking and complaint handling. The position is part of the Supply Chain Organization. We work closely with all sales segments and relevant internal departments as an interface to the customer.

For our location in Copenhagen we are looking for an enthusiastic and talented student worker/intern. The position will be minimum one year and 15 to 20 hours per week.

Together we can...

  • Processing of customer / sales inquiries

  • Processing of orders and their follow-up

  • Support in the processing of customer-relevant business transactions.

  • Check of the internal ICS system

  • Responsible for the invoice adjustments and credits

  • Support for monitoring and compliance with relevant KPIs, such as Lead times

  • Support of the team with smaller projects

You are...

  • Ongoing studies in business administration, economics or similar (Human Resources, Marketing, Social Science, Supply Chain Management, International Management or Communications)

  • Initial experience in customer service and/or key account management

  • Proactive and solution-oriented mind-set, independent structured working method and coordination ability

  • High customer orientation and good communication and team and contact skills

  • Reliable work method, even under deadline pressure and the ability to survey even complex issues

  • High level of initiative, flexibility and team spirit

  • Good knowledge of MS Office

  • Good knowledge of SAP

  • Fluent in Scandinavian languages such as Danish, Swedish and Norwegian as well as good English skills
