Key Responsibilities:

  • Generates and achieves the business target for the region via End-users, Prof VAP and Trade partners.

  • Implements structured approach to develop Prof Trade and Consumenr Trade business by increasing coverage and appointing new Trade partners.

  • Develops Professional business in East Malaysia by regularly engaging with Key End user and appointing Project Partners/VAP

  • Grows Prof Trade business in East Malaysia by recruiting Tier 1 customers and developing suitable Trade Loyalty program.

  • Drives for highest levels of customer satisfaction understanding challenges that are critical to customers and takes a solution-based approach

  • Participates in customer and/or industry events as needed

  • Embraces the culture of the organization and places the interest of the company above one’s own interest respecting General Business Principles

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business technology/sciences/business or a related discipline

  • 7+ years of proven track record in key account management/ consultative selling principles and/or Trade sales in a fast paced technology industry.

  • 5+ years of strong history of quota achievement with stellar experience presenting products and services to accounts

  • Ability to influence in a fast paced, matrix reporting, multi-cultural environment

  • 3+ years of value based selling in a market/customer facing role

  • Focuses on customers, creates customer delight

  • Understands complex sales cycles at strategic level

  • Understands Technology/Software & Connectivity domains

  • Is adaptive, collaborative, fast and executes flawlessly

  • Delivers on commitments and communicates with impact

  • Ability to leverage standard practices and encourages cooperation across boundaries

  • High knowledge of account planning and financial acumen

  • Ability to connect and influence customer’s decision making
